Custom business systems
Our volume went up. There are still nine of us.

Anyone can have artificial intelligence generate code today. Building it isn’t the problem. The problem is whether it still holds up in six months, when your whole company is running on it.
What we did for ourselves
We stopped buying software and built our own. Quotes, purchase orders, receiving, delivery, invoicing, timesheets, hour banks. Nine people have been working in it every day for a year.
A quote goes out, the purchase order builds itself, receiving happens, the invoice comes out. Nobody retypes anything from one system into another.
What we do for you
The same work, on your operations.
- We look at how you actually operate. Not your documented processes — what your people really do.
- We build. Fixed price. If it takes longer than expected, that’s our problem.
- We migrate your existing data and train your team.
- We stay 90 days after launch, because that’s when the real adjustments surface.
The exercise to run before calling us
Sit for one hour beside whoever processes your orders. Count how many times they take a piece of data from one system and retype it into another. Multiply by a year.
That number — not ours — decides whether this is worth it.
How a mandate unfolds
The audit first. We map your real operations: who enters what, how many times, into how many tools. You walk away with a costed picture of what the status quo is costing you — and if acting isn’t worth it, we tell you right there.
Building by deliveries. No eighteen-month tunnel: the system gets built piece by piece, each delivery usable the day it lands. Your teams work inside the tool while it grows — and their feedback corrects the course along the way.
Operations. A living business system evolves with your operations. The operating subscription covers adjustments, additions and support — the system follows your growth instead of braking it.
Questions we get asked
“How is this different from off-the-shelf software?” Off-the-shelf software asks you to bend your operations to its logic. We code yours. When your way of working is your competitive edge, standardizing it into a generic package means erasing it.
“Why would a broadcast integrator build our management tools?” Because we’ve been building our own for years — quotes, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, time — and we operate mission-critical systems for a living. The “this is not allowed to crash” bar is our normal bar.
“What happens if we stop the subscription?” The system is yours and keeps running. The subscription pays for evolution and support, not for the right to use your own tool. No hostages, no ransom.
Feasibility audit. Fully credited if the engagement proceeds.
Engagement. Fixed price. Overruns are our problem, not yours.
Ongoing. Hosting, fixes and continuous adjustments.
Five engagements per quarter. When it’s full, it’s full.
Our engagements start at $25,000. If your need is smaller, we’ll tell you straight and point you elsewhere — it saves your time and ours.
