Why build a custom system instead of buying existing software?

Existing software is built for the average of its market. If your operations look like everyone else's, buy it — it's cheaper and it's the right call. A custom system pays off when the way you work is your advantage, and you spend your time bending it to fit a tool that wasn't designed for you.

What does an engagement cost?

Our engagements start at $25,000, fixed price. The feasibility audit that precedes it is $4,500 and is credited in full if the engagement proceeds. Hosting and ongoing evolution are $600 per month.

Why is the audit paid?

Because a serious estimate requires spending a day inside your real operations. The audit is yours: you leave with a map of what's costing you time and a firm estimate, even if you don't continue with us.

Do we own the system?

Yes. The code, the data and the access belong to you. You can switch providers or bring development in-house without asking our permission.

What if the project takes longer than expected?

That's our problem. The price is fixed. That's precisely why the audit exists first.

Does this work if our team isn't very technical?

That's the most common case. We stay 90 days after launch, because the real adjustments surface when people who weren't part of the design start using it every day.

Can you really work by voice?

Yes, and we do it ourselves. But voice isn't what makes it possible — properly structured data underneath is. You can't talk to a system that doesn't exist.
