How a project unfolds
The site survey. We start in your building, not on a floor plan. Your rooms, your current workflows, your operating constraints — that’s where the bad surprises live, and we want to find them before anything gets drawn.
The design. Signal diagrams, equipment choices, a technical quote you can actually read. You validate at every stage: no black box, no “just trust us.” The quote can be read, compared and challenged.
The shop before the site. Racks are built, wired and tested at our facility. By the time we show up at yours, we’re installing systems that already work — the site visit is for connecting, not debugging.
Commissioning. Testing with your teams, operator training, complete as-built documentation. We leave when you’re autonomous — and we stay reachable after.
Questions we get asked
“Do our in-house techs participate, or do you do everything?” Your call. Some clients hand us the whole thing; others want their team pulling cable with us so they know the system inside out. Both work — the second option leaves you with a more autonomous team.
“Can you take over a design started elsewhere?” Yes. We audit what exists, tell you straight what holds up and what doesn’t, and build from there. Nobody’s going to blame you for the history.
“Do you install outside production hours?” That’s the norm in our trade, not the exception. Critical cutovers get planned inside your windows — nights, weekends, between schedules. Your calendar leads, not ours.
