What actually makes a room fail

The problem is rarely the equipment itself. It is usually the acoustics of the room, the placement of the microphones, or a control system so complicated that users end up plugging their laptop straight into the screen.

We design for the person who will use the room, not for the spec sheet.

Questions we get asked

“Does it work with our video conferencing platform?” Yes. We integrate with what you already use — switching platforms is almost never necessary.

“Remote people can’t hear anything — is that fixable?” Almost always, and it’s rarely the equipment. It’s microphone placement and room treatment. An on-site survey confirms it quickly.

“Can we record meetings?” Yes, with the same systems. For training or assemblies, recording and webcasting add on cleanly.

“We have several rooms to equip.” Then we design a repeatable template: same interface, same reflexes from room to room. That’s what makes a fleet of rooms manageable.
