Specialized crew staffing
The right freelancer this week — not in three.

An edit running over, a colorist gone on another mandate, a set short on hands: in this business, the need always shows up faster than the job posting.
The profiles we place
- Assistant editors, offline and online editors
- Colorists
- Production coordinators
- Directors
- Multi-skilled floor and control-room technicians
How we choose
We don’t just forward CVs. Our freelancers work in the same environments we do — the same workstations, the same shared storage, the same control rooms. When we place someone, we know what they’re worth because we’ve watched them deliver.
One-off or long term
A two-week crunch, a three-month replacement or a recurring presence: tell us the need, we’ll connect you with the right profile.
How it works
You describe the need. The role, the skills, the schedule, the production context. One call gets the machine started.
We propose people we know. Not resumes fished off a job board: people we work with, who we’ve seen on sets and in edit suites. When we put a name forward, we stand behind it.
They integrate, we stay in the picture. Follow-up doesn’t stop at placement. If something’s off — on either side — we fix it fast.
Questions we get asked
“How is this different from a general staffing agency?” We come from production. We know what an assistant editor actually does all day, what a colourist has to master, and what separates a resourceful technician from a well-written resume. Our placements come from a network built over years of real work, not from a database.
“What if the fit doesn’t work?” You tell us, we adjust — quickly. A bad fit that drags on costs both sides; our interest is the same as yours.
