Support and fleet life extension
Five more years on your infrastructure, without a replacement budget.

Your system works. That’s exactly the problem: it’s eight years old, the manufacturer no longer supports it, and nobody is signing a replacement budget this year.
How it works
A shared spare parts pool. No single operation can justify holding a full inventory of spares. Spread across several clients, it becomes a reasonable operating expense instead of an impossible capital request.
An annual audit. We document the real state of your fleet, the critical parts with no redundancy, and the replacement order of priority for when a budget does exist.
A guaranteed response time. You know in advance who to call and how fast someone shows up.
The fleet audit
If your fleet is in good shape, we’ll tell you. If it’s hanging by a thread, you’ll know before it fails on air.
Questions we get asked
“Do you support equipment you didn’t install?” Yes. We start with an audit so we know what we’re stepping into — after that, your fleet is our fleet. Most of our support contracts started exactly that way.
“What happens when a part isn’t made anymore?” That’s where the shared spares pool earns its keep: the part may already be on our shelves. Otherwise we scour the secondary market — we’ve driven across the continent for critical equipment before. And if the part is truly dead, you get a costed replacement plan, not a surprise.
“Does the audit commit us to anything?” No. The audit gives you the real state of your fleet, the failure points and the priorities. What you do next is up to you — but at least the decisions will be made on facts.
Feasibility audit. Fully credited if the engagement proceeds.
Engagement. Fixed price. Overruns are our problem, not yours.
Ongoing. Hosting, fixes and continuous adjustments.
Five engagements per quarter. When it’s full, it’s full.
Our engagements start at $25,000. If your need is smaller, we’ll tell you straight and point you elsewhere — it saves your time and ours.
